Sir Modestus Nwamkpa, the Publisher of The Big Truth Newspaper, on Monday announced his acquisition of the Expression of Interest and Nomination forms to contest for the Oguta Constituency seat in the Imo State House of Assembly.
Sir Nwamkpa made this announcement through a post on the WhatsApp platform of the Imo Newspaper Publishers Association (INPA).

In his message, he stated, “I have just procured my nomination and expression of interest forms to represent my esteemed constituents of the Oguta State Constituency.”
Serving as the Special Assistant Media, Print to Imo State Governor Senator Hope Uzodimma, Sir Nwamkpa committed to providing effective representation to his constituency.
He emphasized his dedication to diligently performing the three cardinal functions of a legislator: law enactment, appropriation, and oversight.
He expressed confidence that, if elected as a member of the 11th House, his constituents and the people of Imo State would experience a vibrant and robust representation, unprecedented in nature, all aimed at advancing society.
Sir Nwamkpa is contesting for the position on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
