In accordance with the directive of His Excellency, Senator Dr. Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State, the Executive Chairman of Ideato South Local Government, Hon. Chief Okwara Okechukwu ‘Morocco’ JP, has called on all political appointees of the Paradigm Shift administration to return to their respective communities and wards with immediate effect with the primary aim to facilitate, mobilize, and ensure mass participation of community members in the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) Party Membership E-Registration Exercise.
To achieve massive number of new members for the party at he area, the ordered that all government offices shall be temporarily closed, and official duties suspended, to allow appointees to fully engage in this critical party exercise within their communities.
In a release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman, Hon. Unegbu Victor-Wallace e-copy made available Newsday Express Newspaper noted that the order takes immediate effects as office at the Council will be under lock and key.
The order according to the release will remain in force until the conclusion of the E-registration exercise it conclude.
