Ideato South Local Government Area Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors the campaign structure of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, Hon. Bede Chukwuemeka Ikeaka has assured that through the instrumentality of the support group, every candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general election shall win at every polling unit in the entire Local Government.
Speaking during the inauguration of Ward Coordinators of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors at held at the council headquarters, Dikenafai, the former IMC Chairman of Ideato South made it clear that as along as the 2027 general election is concerned, the All Progressives Congress shall have overwhelming victory at the local government while stating in clear terms that they were prepared to go to every nooks and crannies of the local government to preach the good news of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He applauded the Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Senator Hope Uzodinma for his thoughtfulness that brought about the Renewed Hope Agenda which has been adopted as the major campaign structure of President Tinubu while assuring him of their commitment to ensure the victory of the party at the next election. He added that it was based on the vision of Governor Hope Uzodinma that brought them together and they wouod work to make him proud.
According to him, “Ideato South has always been known for its strong political voice and its commitment to progressive leadership. With the inauguration of this structure today, we are reaffirming our readiness to continue playing a vital role in shaping the political direction of our state and ensuring that our people remain actively engaged and educated in the democratic process”.
“Our responsibility as ambassadors goes beyond political identification. We are expected to be advocates of truth, defenders of good governance, mobilizers of the people and educating the villagers on the policies and programs of the current administration”.
In his advice to the newly inaugurated ward Ambassadors, Pastor Ikeaka urged them to see their inauguration as a call to duty. According to him, “go into your wards and communities and serve as agents of mobilization, unity, and development. Let your conduct reflect discipline, loyalty, and dedication to the ideals of this great movement”.
“With unity of purpose and collective determination, we will continue to build a stronger political structure that will advance the interest of our people and sustain the vision of Renewed Hope”.
Expressing his satisfaction on the level of commitment shown so far by the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in the Local Government, the State Coordinator of the group, Rt. Hon. Goodluck Opia charged the ward Ambassadors to ensure proper implementation of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors initiative.
He informed them that the group was established by the leaders of APC to educate the people both at the ward and local levels to understand the programmes of President Tinubu.

According to him, many people undervalued and misunderstood the achievements of the current government of the APC hence the Renewed Hope was formed to help disseminate the right information to the people at the grassroots.
The former Speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly, charged them to go straight to their booths to educate the voters telling them the needs to vote wisely and vote for APC in the next election.
He further encouraged them to be loyal to the party leadership at their various wards while informing them of a planned retreat where they will be fully equipped to carry out their duties.
Other leaders who spoke during the well attended inauguration ceremony include; the APC Apex Leader, Chief Humphrey Ikeaka, RT Hon. Dr. Paschal Chigozie Obi a former House of Representatives member, , Rt. Hon. Johnson Iheonukara Duru member Representing Ideato South State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Nkechi Ugwu, Comiisioner for Women Affairs and Hon. Elthelbert Okwarayia and they all pledged their support to the group and assure that APC will emerge victorious in the next election at the local government
